Items submitted for return review must remain unworn, unused, and in original condition with all original tags, accessories, packaging, and shoe box. Provide clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping box, and any available unboxing footage.

Return eligibility may vary by product and order status. Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and government fees are generally non-refundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported promptly after delivery with supporting evidence.
