SHIPPING TIME

Delivery time depends on the destination and the service selected at checkout. Please allow 1–3 business days for order preparation and quality inspection before dispatch.

Regular shipping usually arrives in approximately 10–15 days after dispatch. Express shipping with FedEx, UPS or DHL usually takes about 7–9 days after dispatch. Please allow extra time during peak shopping seasons or carrier delays.

Tracking is uploaded after dispatch and may take up to 48 hours to show its first update.

One express option; the carrier is selected by our fulfillment team.

USPS is free. For express shipping, FedEx, UPS or DHL will be selected at random by our fulfillment team; the charge is $10 per pair.

EXCHANGES

Size or style changes can be requested before order processing begins. Please confirm the selected size and delivery details promptly; after processing starts, changes may not be possible.

RETURNS CONDITIONS

If you change your mind, you may request a return for an unwanted product, including sale items, when the following conditions are met:

PURCHASE DATE
Items must have been purchased within the last 30 days, with proof of purchase available.

ITEM CONDITION
Items must be unused, unwashed and undamaged.

PACKAGING
Items must be returned in their original, intact packaging. Contact support with the order number and reason before sending anything back; do not return an item without instructions.
